The mask
Does it fit under a helmet and goggles?
Yes. The fabric is thin and stretchy, so it sits flat under any ski or snowboard helmet, and the eye opening is wide enough for goggles.
Is it warm?
It is a thin, breathable layer that blocks the wind and keeps your face and neck covered on the lift. On very cold days, wear it as a base layer under a neck warmer.
Will my goggles fog up?
The fabric is thin and breathable, so warm air escapes instead of getting trapped. Like with any face covering, goggles can still fog on very cold days. Pull the mask snug and keep your goggle seal sitting on top of the fabric.
What size is it?
One size, with a 4-way stretch fit for most teens and adults.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Machine wash cold and hang to dry. The face is sublimation-printed into the fabric, so it does not peel or crack.
Which faces can I choose?
Gap-Tooth Walt, Mustache Mo and Gummy Gus. With Buy 2, Get 1 Free you can pick a different face for each mask.
Is it safety equipment?
No. It is novelty apparel with basic wind protection, not protective gear. Always wear a proper helmet and suitable cold-weather clothing.
Orders and payment
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Choose the Buy 2 Get 1 Free option on the product page and pick a face for each of the three masks. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
What is Priority Processing?
An optional add-on in your cart. Your order goes to production first and leaves our facility sooner. It does not change the carrier's transit time.
How can I pay?
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely and we never see your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Masks are printed to order, so email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
7–15 business days from the day you place your order, including 1–3 business days to print and pack your mask.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.95.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we only ship to addresses in the United States.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your tracking number on our Track your order page.
Returns
What if I don't like it?
You can return an unworn mask within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my mask arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send it back.
