Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking link.

• Shipping: $4.95 flat rate, free on orders over $40.
• Processing time: each mask is printed to order — 2–5 business days before it ships.
• Priority Processing: if you added it at checkout, your order goes to production first.
• Delivery time: 7–14 business days after it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped, email us at support@demetracosmetics.com and we'll look into it right away.
