Returns & Refunds

Questions about a return? Email us at support@demetracosmetics.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

30-day returns

You can return a mask within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. Once we receive the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Wrong, damaged or misprinted items

If you received a wrong, damaged or misprinted item, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping and Priority Processing fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Masks are printed to order, so please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
